yogella Studios

Yogella Studios is a beautiful,  light, tranquil space, next door to the historic Strawberry Field, Beaconsfield Road, Liverpool.  I recognise how daunting crowded studios can be and have made it my focus to create a space which feels inviting, safe, personable and homely, allowing you to truly switch off and get lost in the yoga. 

I also offer private one to one and group classes, just drop me a message with your preferred day and time and I will be more than happy to help.

Classes Explained

slow flow classes (Beginner friendly)

Slow Flow Yoga is a form of yoga that anyone can practice (from beginners to masters).  The best part of practicing this sub-form of Vinyasa Yoga is that people of all age groups and yoga expertise levels can access it.

 

Our Slow Flow classes are light and creative, but slower paced and gentler than the Vinyasa flow class.  The class is great for warming up the muscles and joints slowly yet effectively. It encourages you to improve your attention span by holding onto a position and focusing on the moment. The slow rhythm calms down your mind, removes all negativity, and bestows you with a better outlook.

vinyasa flow(all levels)

Our vinyasa flow involves constant dynamic movement from one asana/ pose to another with the breath as the link between the body, mind and spirit. Through each practice we will move and breathe together with fluidity, through a fun, creative and energetic sequence. We will unlock areas of tension, increase strength, flexibility, relax the mind and deepen our yoga practice.

yin yoga

Our Yin yoga class is mostly mat based working with deep stretches targeting areas of tension, promoting fascia release and an increasing flexibility.  Blocks and bolsters will be used to aid your practice and make you feel comfortable.  This practice will calm your body and mind, allow you to destress and unwind. This practice is a slow pace and is beginner friendly. 

flow and Restore

The perfect class to unwind from the stress and activity of your day. You will be guided through a gentle flowing sequence, exploring the body’s full range of motion, releasing tension and cultivating space, ease and clarity, before softening into calming restorative yin releases and blissful relaxation. Relaxed and replenished, you’ll float off the mat for a peaceful night’s sleep.
