The classes differ in intensity, duration and difficulty, although most classes can be practiced by all Yogis of differing abilities as I provide variations and modifications throughout the flow. They are great for those who want to burn calories, lose weight, sculpt, tone,  and strengthen their body as well as improve balance, mobility and flexibility.  I know how time poor we can be and there just aren’t enough hours in the day, so it can be hard practicing yoga as well as working out, that’s why I have designed my flows so that you can achieve both.  Deepen and advance your practice with me and nourish your body and mind along the way.
