Feel Good Flow Class 1 Vinyasa Flow (Moderate to Intermediate)
This flow is about moving and feeling and truly inhabiting your body with emphasis on strengthening and stretching the lower body (glutes, thighs, hips, hamstrings, calves).
The sequence works in poses including: lizard, half splits, squat, wide leg forward fold, eagle bind, pigeon, warrior 2 and more.
This is an accessible practice for moderate to intermediate levels with modifications to suit you.
