Side Body Strength and Stretch Class 2 Vinyasa Flow (Moderate to Intermediate)
In this series we will focus to both strengthen and stretch the sides of our body from the tip of our fingers right down to our toes. This flow will work into your lats, obliques, IT band, spine, and more with lateral variations of your favourite yoga poses.
The sequence works in poses including gate pose, side angle, lunges, fallen triangle, twists and more
This is an accessible practice for moderate to intermediate level with modifications to suit you.
