Discover Your Splits Vinyasa Flow (Moderate to Intermediate)
In this class we will be working into the lower part of the body with emphasis on opening the hips and hamstrings, working up to our peak posture splits. Splits pose is an advanced posture however there will be options and alternatives along the way making the journey progressive and accessible for you even if you haven’t unlocked full splits yet.
This is a moderate to intermediate level flow.
